CHENGDU – March 25, 2026 – JOUAV, a leading global provider of industrial drone solutions, today announced its successful participation in a seminar hosted by partner Systronics at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani. Held under the theme "Small Wings, Giant Lifesaving," the event brought together key government agencies, disaster management professionals, and the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) to explore the expanding role of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in emergency response.

In the face of intensifying natural disasters—including earthquakes, severe flooding in southern Thailand, and escalating forest fires in the north—the event underscored how drone technology has become indispensable for rapid, effective emergency response.

JOUAV Solutions Engineered for Emergency Response

JOUAV showcased two flagship UAV solutions, each designed to address critical pain points in disaster operations:

  • The JOUAV CW-20E deploys in under one minute and flies for 3 hours on a single mission, covering over 150km of the disaster zone without battery swaps. It carries up to 5kg of payloads like EO/IR gimbals or LiDAR, while onboard AI and active obstacle avoidance deliver real-time decisions and safe flight in cluttered, extreme environments.
  • The JOUAV CW-15 offers 3 hours of endurance and a 3kg payload for mapping, surveillance, and public safety tasks. One-button VTOL, auto pre-flight checks, and active safety features (obstacle avoidance + ADS-B) make it a reliable tool for flood zones, wildfires, and high-altitude operations.
