Former Seychelles President Explores JOUAV Drones for Coastline Conservation

CHENGDU, CHINA – December 5, 2025 – JOUAV, a leading industrial VTOL UAV manufacturing company & industrial UAV solutions provider, was honored to host H.E. Mr. Danny Faure, the former President of the Republic of Seychelles and Founder of the Danny Faure Foundation, at the JOUAV Tech Park yesterday. Mr. Faure's visit focused on exploring how our advanced drone technology could support the Foundation's critical environmental initiatives.

The JOUAV team extended a warm welcome to Mr. Faure. We guided him through the company's showroom, followed by a tour of the cutting-edge drone production line. During the tour, JOUAV staff shared details about the company's history, core technologies, and diverse product range. Mr. Faure showed particular interest in JOUAV's latest developments and applications within the industrial drone sector.

Seeking Reliable UAVs for Coastline Monitoring

Following the facility tour, we held a significant discussion. Mr. Faure introduced the “Youth Coastline Watch Group” initiative, which his foundation launched last year. This program aims to train young individuals as environmental protectors. They are tasked with using scientific methods, along with advanced technology and geographic tools, to accurately monitor and map coastline erosion.

Mr. Faure emphasized that to execute this vital work effectively, the Foundation urgently requires efficient and reliable drone technology solutions. These systems are needed for routine coastal patrolling, as well as for rapid emergency response operations when environmental issues arise.
