JOUAV Drones Deliver Wushan Crispy Plums Across the Yangtze in Just 3 Minutes
On July 5, at the 2025 Wushan Crispy Plum Harvest & Logistics Launch Event, JOUAV demonstrated a breakthrough in low-altitude logistics: drones completed cross-river delivery of plums in only three minutes. With dedicated drone flights, high-speed rail, and river shipping, Wushan plums can now reach more than 1,000 cities nationwide within 24 hours — making “order today, enjoy tomorrow” a reality.

Drone Cluster Breaks Transportation Bottleneck
Quchi Village, one of the main plum-producing areas, sits across the Yangtze River from the distribution center. In the past, farmers relied on ferries and trucks to move plums across the river — a process that could take 30 minutes to over two hours. Now, with a fleet of JOUAV PH-20, PH-007, and CW-15D drones, the journey takes just three minutes, transforming what was once a natural barrier into a seamless logistics channel.
The drone cluster operates in a fully automated mode — “one-click takeoff, route cruising, safe landing.” Multiple drones can fly simultaneously, adapting to complex terrain and significantly improving efficiency.

More Than Transport: Security in the Sky
Beyond cargo delivery, JOUAV drones also played a security role during the launch event. The PH-20, equipped with EO gimbal, loudspeaker, spotlight, and payload drop system, provided aerial monitoring, crowd management, and traffic guidance. Meanwhile, the CW-15D conducted real-time aerial patrols and video transmission to ensure smooth operations and public safety.

A New Model for Low-Altitude Logistics
This milestone demonstrates how drones can significantly reduce delivery times, lower costs, and overcome geographical barriers. As one of the core application scenarios of China’s low-altitude economy, drone-enabled logistics is reshaping the future of transportation.
Looking ahead, JOUAV will continue to develop drones with greater payload capacity and longer endurance, while exploring beyond-visual-line-of-sight (BVLOS) operations, regional drone logistics routes, and UAV cargo hubs — building a smarter, faster, and wider-reaching low-altitude logistics network.
