JOUAV Showcases Low-Altitude Economy Breakthroughs at 2025 Partner Conference
CHENGDU, November 27, 2023 – JOUAV successfully convened its Low-Altitude Economy Business Partner Conference on November 25-26. Under the theme "Decoding Low-Altitude Policies, Co-creating a New Blueprint for Profitable Cooperation," the event served as a powerful demonstration of the company's strategic progress and solidified the low-altitude digital economy as a viable and promising pathway for industry growth.

The two-day conference provided partners with an immersive experience into JOUAV's ecosystem. On the first day, over 200 guests gathered at the JOUAV Tech Park for an in-depth exploration of JOUAV's comprehensive product portfolio, advanced manufacturing processes, and the efficient operation of its unmanned aerial systems (UAS). This hands-on session allowed attendees to witness the vibrant pulse of the low-altitude economy firsthand.

Strong Growth Driven by a Clear Strategic Focus
Li Xiaoyan, Executive Vice President and Board Secretary of JOUAV, emphasized that the company has positioned the low-altitude digital economy as its core strategic direction in 2024. With rapid progress in both technology deployment and commercial adoption, JOUAV recorded over 57% year-on-year revenue growth in the first three quarters, reflecting strong industry momentum.

Senior Vice President Zhang Jun expanded on JOUAV’s strategic view that the low-altitude digital economy forms the foundational infrastructure of the broader low-altitude economy. He detailed how the company is building an integrated system consisting of:
- Autonomous drone-in-a-box solution
- Low-altitude operation management and service platforms
- Command and dispatch platforms
- Data-intelligence application platforms
- Safety sensing and control platforms
This digital–physical integration enables cities to achieve “full-domain perception, unified flight operations, unified data integration, and intelligent command on a single map.”
Showcasing Industrial Implementation in Bazhong
On November 26, participants traveled to the Bazhong Low-Altitude Economy Industrial Park, gaining first-hand insight into the city’s fast-developing industrial ecosystem. As the anchor enterprise of Bazhong’s low-altitude industry chain, JOUAV is accelerating the localization of the ecosystem—creating a replicable model for cities nationwide seeking scalable development.

Across regions including Sichuan Bazhong, Pengzhou, Chongqing Liangping, Hebei Jingxing, and Zhejiang Shaoxing, JOUAV is continuously advancing its “unattended drone operations + cloud platform + AI” model. These benchmark projects have become important demonstrations for driving widespread adoption of low-altitude applications.
Operational Results: Efficiency, Governance, and Digital Transformation
During the Bazhong investment promotion conference, Bazhong Development Holding Group presented its new model for low-altitude government services—“unified construction, unified operation, and on-demand services.” This approach has reduced administrative costs by more than 30% and significantly enhanced urban governance.
Key results from the pilot area include:
- 840 flights, 1,300 flight hours, and 27,000 km of cumulative missions
- Over 200 urban issues identified via aerial inspections
- 3D highway models generated for infrastructure maintenance
- Identification of more than 30 safety hazards in transportation networks
- Traffic inspection time reduced from 3 days to just half a day
- Enforcement rate of illegal construction increased from 60% to 95%
These outcomes demonstrate the transformative value of the low-altitude digital economy in improving city management, safety oversight, and operational efficiency.
A New Ecosystem Taking Root
JOUAV Founder, CEO and General manager Ren Bin noted that the company’s deployment in Bazhong “has taken root in fertile soil,” initiating a positive cycle in which JOUAV’s leadership attracts upstream and downstream partners to cluster in the region. He emphasized that the low-altitude economy—designated as a key strategic emerging industry in the upcoming national “15th Five-Year Plan”—is entering a period of unprecedented opportunity.

“Consensus has been reached, and the blueprint is now shared,” Ren said. “JOUAV will continue providing full-stack products, comprehensive service systems, and lifecycle operational support. We look forward to collaborating with our partners to build a prosperous low-altitude ecosystem and achieve shared success in the low-altitude era.”
